1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within a maximum of 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Spain) after receipt of the Order Confirmation email, which is sent within 24 hours of purchase.
If the product is on pre-order or is out of stock, this information will be indicated on the product page.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation when your order has left the warehouse.
2. Delivery times
At Tepto, we are committed to delivering your products with the highest quality and care. Due to the high demand for our items, the specialized packaging we use, and the logistical complexity involved in each shipment, delivery may take up to 10 calendar days from the order confirmation date.
