1. How to initiate a return

Before making any shipment, it is essential that you contact us. We will provide you with a return code and the necessary instructions to ensure the process is correct.

2. Product shipment

You can send it with your transport agency or we will tell you where to deliver it.
📦 The customer is responsible for return shipping costs , except in cases of defective products or incorrect shipments.

3. Suitable packaging

To ensure your product arrives in good condition and we can process your refund or exchange, it must be properly packaged. If it arrives damaged in transit, we will not be able to accept the return.

4. Refund

The refund will preferably be issued via the same payment method used. You can also request a bank transfer by providing your account number.

Defective or incorrect orders

If the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or has any other issues, please contact us as soon as possible: devoluciones@tepto.es

In case of damage during transport, it is important that you inform us within 24 hours of delivery or as soon as possible.

If the product is genuinely defective or the shipment was incorrect, Tepto will cover the return shipping costs.
If the equipment shows no faults after the inspection, the customer will have to assume the transport costs.

Product warranty

All our products come with a 10-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery.

In the event of a defect, Tepto will repair, replace, or reduce the price at no cost to the customer. The customer must report the non-conformity within one month of becoming aware of it.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Negligence or blows

  • Improper manipulation

  • Incorrect electrical voltage

  • Installation in unsuitable locations

  • Wear and tear from normal use

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 102 of Law 3/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 30 calendar days from receipt.

To exercise this right, you must send an email to devoluciones@tepto.es indicating:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Address from which the product will be shipped

Tepto will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

⚠️ If the product has been installed or has defects, a depreciation may apply depending on the condition of the equipment.

🏢 Professional Clients

Companies or professionals who acquire products to integrate them into production or commercial processes are not considered consumers under the law.
Therefore, Tepto will not accept returns due to withdrawal in these cases.
